Blue Cheese Sauce for Steaks

1/4 pound blue cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoon brandy
1/4 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. For a chunkier sauce, reserve some of the blue cheese and crumble in after blending.
