Combine all ingredients and beat with hand mixer on med. high until nice and creamy. Pour into 8 inch graham cracker pie crust (you can buy one pre-made or make the one below). Bake @ 350 degrees for about 20 min. Chill for a couple of hours, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy.
Graham Cracker Crust:
Place 24 graham crackers into a ziplock bag and roll with a rolling pin until finely crushed.
Measure out 1 1/2 cups of graham crumbs and add 1/4 cup sugar and 6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine.
Mix together and press evenly into an 8 inch pie plate.
