Put all ingredients except walnuts in mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Add and fold in walnuts. Bake in a 9 inch greased cake pan @ 350 degrees about 30 min.
Sour Cream Filling
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
In a saucepan, cook sugar and cream on high heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a soft ball. Remove from heat. Add maple flavor and beat until soft and creamy.Ice the cake.
